Workforce Matters offers three levels of access to our programs and events:
Full membership is free and available to any grantmaker who works for a private, independent, family, corporate, or community foundation; a corporate giving program; or a United Way. Individual philanthropists and trustees of philanthropic organizations are also eligible. To become a member, please contact us and we will add you to our email list and online community.
Guest membership is free and available on a case-by-case basis to 1) Consultants or advisors who are currently engaged by a grantmaker/group of grantmakers specifically to advise them on workforce development grantmaking; 2) Individuals who represent organizations whose core mission is to serve as an association, coalition, or professional network for grantmaking institutions (e.g., philanthropic affinity groups); and 3) Experts who have been invited to serve as advisors to specific Workforce Matters projects. To request a guest membership, please contact us and let us know which of the above criteria describes your role.
To promote peer-to-peer interaction among grantmakers and their advisors, participation in Workforce Matters learning networks, webinars, conference calls, learning tours, site visits, networking dinners, and our Mobilize.io online community are typically reserved for Members and Guest Members only.
All other nonprofits, researchers, policymakers, and workforce professionals are welcome to subscribe to our quarterly newsletter.
